Last Friday, February 12th, marked the start of a new lunar year and the beginning of Chötrul Düchen. This supremely auspicious time honors the Buddha's vast display of miracles in Shravasti, and will last until the first full moon of the lunar new year on February 27th. During this time our karmic actions are multiplied infinitely. In honor of Chötrul Düchen, we are excited to announce the expansion of our pilgrimage project, Nekhor, to incorporate the Eight Great Sites of the Buddha. Through learning of the marvelous deeds of our supreme teacher, Buddha Shakyamuni, we hope this information will inspire your practice and that as the world continues fighting to overcome this devastating illness, travel to these profound sites of accomplishment will again be possible.
